Linear Momentum and Collisions

Used to demonstrate conservation of momentum in case of having stationary initial conditions.

APPARATUS:	LOCATION:
Big board
Big car
Big ball

 

Put the cart on the top of the board. Stay still on the top of the cart holding the ball. Throw the ball to the front and let the student watch you as you are going back.
