Please note, your student must grant you proxy access with specific permissions in order for you to receive credentials and be able to sign in to Workday. Please follow the instructions in the emails you receive after your student grants your proxy access and permissions.
Workday Homepage refresh launching March 14, 2026
Users will notice a refreshed Workday homepage and menu navigation experience. The current view (left) and updated view (right) are shown below. 3rd party users will notice the most significant change in menu functionality. Completing 3rd party tasks and actions have not changed. Guides may depict the old homepage view where functionality was not impacted.
