Workday Student Transition Status
LSU A&M Status
The Workday Student Project strives for transparency during implementation. Major components of the system will be phased in on a rolling basis. This means some data is synced after we are live. The table below indicates the status of data syncs.
If you are concerned about data that is listed as Not Started or In Progress, please note that discrepancies should be addressed in upcoming data syncs. If you have a concern with data listed as Complete, you should email workdaystudent@lsu.edu

| Student Contact Information | Complete | Students who need to update contact data can do so within Workday. Utilize Profile Preferences reference guides for assistance. |
| Student Location (On/Off Campus) | In Progress | Information is provided from an integration with LSU Residential Life and is being updated. |
| Spring 2025 Course Enrollments for Student | Partially Complete | At this time, actively enrolled Spring courses should be correct; however, courses that were dropped for a W grade this semester are actively being updated. Students may see a course they have dropped this semester. That will be resolved soon. |
| Prior Transfer Credit | Partially Complete | If transfer credit is visible in MyLSU, it will be moved to Workday. Syncing this data is nearing completion. |
| Prior Credit by Exam | In Progress | If a student has course credit from exam/test results, that credit is actively being loaded and may not appear in Workday initially. This credit will be loaded prior to course scheduling beginning. |
| Summer 2025 Course Offerings | Complete | *Please note course locations continue to be updated & departments are able to submit additional changes |
| Fall 2025 Course Offerings | Complete | *Please note course locations continue to be updated & departments are able to submit additional changes |
| Student Program of Study (Major/Minor/Certificate) | Partially Complete | Recent changes to programs of study (including minors and concentrations) may not be reflected when the student first accesses Workday. Students may request a change by contacting their advising office for assistance. Additionally, the access for students to request changes on their own within Workday will be activated soon. |
| Missing Students | In Progress | Students who began enrollment after initial data loads are being loaded to the system in catch-up batches. Students in this population will encounter Log-In issues until their file is loaded in a catch-up. Students in this situation may email workdaystudent@lsu.edu to get further assistance. |
